When my order will be shipped?
After you have placed your order, it will be processed, carefully and sustainably packaged by our team and shipped to you within 24 hours.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry that happened! Please email us at info@temporalmatters.com and we will ship you a replacement right away.
It’s very important to inspect the packaging upon receipt. Do not use the product if the lid or glass jar is broken.
I did not receive my order. What do I do?
If you have been waiting for more than 5 business days please email us at info@temporalmatters.com and we will help you sort this out.
Can I return my order?
We hope that you enjoy our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by emailing us at info@temporalmatters.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to email us with a request for a return. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping and taxes.
To be eligible for a refund the returned item should be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging.
Once you submit a return request, we will process it and will let you know when the refund has been approved. It might take some time for your bank or credit/debit card company to process the refund.
